I submitted a cancellation letter to this dealership and
I submitted a cancellation letter to this dealership and was told by the manager that my $3,250 refund would be issued within 30 days. When I followed up last week, another manager stated it would be processed within a week. Neither timeline has been honored, and I have yet to receive my refund. The inconsistent communication and delays have been very disappointing.
