We bought our Grand Cherokee from Harper and we only let the service it. We were not scheduled until 1:00, but we finished with our doctor appointment early. We stopped to see if they could complete our service early. Efrain graciously took us in right away. Our service was completed professionally and punctually. Thank you for a job well done.

We came in for a tire problem.
We came in for a tire problem. From the very first meeting with him, Efrain , the service rep, was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. He went to great lengths to find a replacement tire and set us up with a service appointment. He is very knowledgeable about the service department and he made us feel completely at ease during this process. We commend Efrain for his dedication to the customer and for his loyalty to Harper Jeep.
