I reached out to Ken about a vehicle I was interested in and he responded instantly (it was even after hours!!). First thing the very next morning he sent me all of the info that I was wanting about the vehicle. Talking numbers with him was a 10/10! My husband and I drove almost 2 hours one way that same day and Ken got me into the 2024 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport that I was wanting. I’ve had this SUV for almost a month and it is in the best condition that I could have ever asked for! Ken made this process super easy and enjoyable. He has even reached out to us a few times after our purchase to check in! I have dealt with several different dealerships purchasing vehicles, they always hassled me and we would end up going back and fourth for several days to get the numbers where I needed them. But Ken 100% went above and beyond and made this process a breeze. I 10/10 recommend doing your business with Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep and 100/100 recommend you to get Ken as your rep!

My son Jacob and I went to the Myrtle Beach Chrystler Jeep SC on August 12, 2025. We had an appointment to look at a 2021 Honda CR-V EX. Sales and Leasing Professional Hilton Smith exceeded our expectations. Hilton had the vehicle ready and took us for a test drive. He provided detailed information, answered all our questions with confidence and clarity, making the process smooth and enjoyable. What stood out the most was his no pressure approach. I also appreciated the job that Amos from the detail department did cleaning the car for us before we took it home. It was spotless! I highly recommend Sales and Leasing Professional Hilton Smith... BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! I went to the dealership on Thursday, July 24th. I saw the used Jeep that I was interested in buying. I made an offer and they countered. We couldn’t get together. The Sales guy called today at a little before 11:00 am (Friday, July 25th), we negotiated a little more and “Made a Deal”! I asked if I needed to make a deposit and he said no. He said I’ll have the vehicle cleaned up and the paperwork ready when you come in Saturday morning at 10:00. I said great and headed to the golf course. He called me AN HOUR LATER and said “I have some bad news”. I said ok, what is it? He said “the Jeep has just been SOLD! I asked how that was even possible since we had made a deal an hour ago? He said they decided to go with the person who was here at the dealership. REALLY? After we’d made a deal and arrangements to meet tomorrow?? Who does that? Complete lack of respect, not as good as their word, and absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! That puts an end to me doing business with this dealership. So BEWARE!!

I apologize for your poor experience. We continue to work on our abilities to provide the best customer experience possible and I understand that we did not do that here. It is our company policy that we do not accept deposits on used vehicles or hold them in any manner. It is for the fairness of our consumers that we made the policy as such, and many customers have appreciated it being this way for years. In this specific scenario, we did attempt to put the deal together the night before this happened when you were present, and we could not come to agreeable terms. The following day, when you were working with your salesman on the figures and it was an ongoing negotiation, another salesman started a test drive with a consumer here to purchase it. That was not found out and realized until after the call with your salesman when he stated you all have a deal. Seeing how we do not hold vehicles, the consumer that was actively here and purchasing was still allowed the opportunity. So I do understand the frustration and apologize for how you feel we made this experience for you. It is very important for us that we provide excellent customer service, we will reconvene with our team to make sure this does not happen to you or other consumers in the future.
