To whom it may concern the staff was very nice. The manager named Mike was not any help when I did run into problems with my vehicle did not reach out to show concern at all. I had a radiator issue, but the technician went all around doing everything else besides saying, I need radiator. He did a radiator cap, or radiator hose, and said I need a temp housing charge me $1800. I never got a radiator because they said at the time they didn’t see I needed that but put on the paper of the receipt that I had a leak here in there, but never check to see and take the pressure check on to see. Did I need a radiator? Yes !!!!The technician did not do his job. And the manager Mike is not checking behind the technicians to make sure he’s doing a follow up to see if they are doing their job. But they’re very quick of typing up paper and saying how much you owe them I advise you to please don’t have your car fixed at miracle Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Service Dept they charge too much money for the service . I had to take my car somewhere else and found out I needed a radiator. Got it done somewhere else the price better and wonderful service. It wasn’t even half of the price. They’re trying to charge people to much money so good luck miracle Chrysler Jeep for trying to overcharge people for less service that you do to their car.

The kept my vehicle for six months, and still never got my electrical issue fixed. In the last couple weeks they changed service managers and I called the dealership and they demanded that I come and pick my vehicle up they were finished working on it, he said they have spent too much money on my truck, I guess so they were changing parts that was unnecessary. I do not recommend anyone taking a vehicle to this dealership to be worked on.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING We brought our Jeep in for a coolant issue, was told by Jay it was a loose radiator cap. My daughter went to pick up her Jeep and was given a $1,287 bill for unauthorized repairs. I spoke to Barry the service manager and was told he was sending it to corporate as we spoke. I called back two days later and spoke to Barry again for an update on the refund and he told me they were not going to participate in any refund for the unauthorized work.Stay away from these crooks, they are as bad as it gets. Especially dealing with Barry the sorry excuse of a so called service manager and his lackey Jay. They are running a huge scam.
