Dealing with Ron Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was refreshing. As a well qualified buyer with a check in hand, you'd be shocked at how many dealerships didn't treat me like a valued customer and would outright LIE about a multitude of things.
I ran across a listing for a used Grand Cherokee that ticked all the boxes. There were no pictures online yet, but once connected with John, he went out and snapped several and sent them to me. I went ahead and started the negotiation process and came to an agreement on terms.
I made the trip from North Carolina to do an in person inspection, test drive, and hopefully take delivery. There were a couple of little things that weren't perfect with the car, but hey... it's a pre-owned vehicle! Nothing I can't tackle myself, so we did the paperwork and I was out the door!
John was instrumental in helping structure this deal from several states away. In all, I had a great experience with this dealership and would likely do business with them again, if I ever had the need...

I searched the Ron Lewis Automotive website and after contacting Gayle the sales woman it was a great process from there on. I wanted to go up to see Gayle and even though she was scheduled off she met me there . She is the best by far. I also met scott the general manager which was extremely nice to make everything work out . Betty in finance was so awesome to deal with to finalize it all . I am very glad I drove 90 minutes to deal with them because we are so happy with them and how nice they treated us . Thanks For Everything Folks . The Cross’S
