I stopped to look at a car that was advertised online. After receiving a pricing quote, I noticed that approximately $3,000 dollars was added to the price listed online. Some of this was for unwanted accessories that I was told were already added to the vehicle and could not be removed. $899 for etch theft protection, $89.50 for Nitro tire fill (normal air is already 78% nitrogen), $2000 if you don't use their financing or pay cash. These disclaimers are not found in the cars.com listing and I could only find it in the tiny disclaimer text at the bottom of their dealer site. The sales manager refused to honor the listed price claiming that the added accessories and fees were a great value and that they would lose money at the advertised price. Saavy buyers know that these scam accessories are never worth what you are being charged and only add to the dealers profits. If the dealer refuses to remove these xx charges then you should do what I did......leave and take your business elsewhere.

I contacted Sierra to get a quote on a vehicle telling her that I was a cash buyer. She gave me a pricequote and when I attempted to purchase the vehicle that raised the price $2,000 dollars for unwanted accessories they had installed on the vehicle at 10 times what they were worth. This is the same price they advertised on this site. They claimed the accessories were already installed on the vehicle making the cars.com ad fradulent. People like this should not be in business!!!

These guys are the worst dealership I have ever tried to work with. From lowball numbers on my trade to being so incompetent to send over some photos of a vehicle. They make everything a hassle. I would avoid them at all costs.
