Run away!!!!! I've never written a negative review before, but this needs to be read by anyone considering doing business with Reedman Toll. I have just had my time completely wasted by these clowns: I made an appointment to see a vehicle two days ago (Saturday). I confirmed the appointment by email twice. I've never been to the establishment before... today the building is wrapped in Tyvek with no signage and no signage at the road; it looks like an ancillary garage to the other nearby car dealers. The person who made my appointment did not bother to let me know this, so I drove past more than once and arrived a little late. There was no one to meet me when I walked in and it took a few minutes for the sales manager to come by. I told him I had an appointment and he said "with who?" When I told him, his response was "she is our internet person, I'll find someone to help you." They know how to take the appointment, they just don't know how to keep the appointment! He shows me to an empty desk to sit in front of and then leaves. People are wandering back and forth, but no one interacts with me. 20 minutes go by before a sales rep finally comes to me and says "we have your car out front"... sounds like good news... nope, wrong car. He takes me back inside and we find the right car on their website. He says he'll go get the keys. 5 minutes go by and he returns sheepishly saying "I know you had an appointment and we don't have any signs up but..." **You guessed it!** They were in the process of selling the car I had made an appointment to see to someone else. The sales person was only concerned about covering his xxx ("You know I didn't talk to you before now!!!"). If they can't even get an appointment right are, you really going to trust them for anything else (like your hard earned money?!). Like I said: Run away!!!!

Reedman Toll of Springfield is definitely a place to buy if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle the staff is friendly and welcoming from the manager to the sales staff. I met Stenneshia who greeted me as soon as I came in and worked hard to get the deal I wanted I left with a new vehicle and will continue to refer people to Reedman Toll and specifically to Stenneshia.

The sales people are very helpful and outgoing. They listen to what you were looking for. Which as we all know is the most important thing when looking for a new vehicle. They try to get you exactly what you want.
