Worst car buying experience ever. Zero communication and zero consideration for a person's time. And worse off, they never picked up the phone to talk - all communication was done through text. Complete waste of time.
Does anyone know what they’re doing?

Brought my Jeep in three times for the same problem. $500 later, the problem still exists. Service consultant wasn’t very polite and asked if I wanted to bring it in again. Service department sucks!

Service staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They immediately put my mind at ease and clearly explained everything they were doing. I would recommend Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM without reservation.
