Tri County Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I am sorry I am not able to give them negative stars. I have had the worst customer experience with heir service center that I have ever had in my life. This is not an exaggeration. I sent the better part of 3 moths going back and forth trying to get my 2 and a half year old car fixed and they never managed to get the diagnosis. Eventually the engine seized. They then left the car sitting in their lot for 6 weeks and did nothing. I finally sent an email to general manager of the dealership and then got a call from their sales department offering to buy me out of the car which I took them up on. They have had the car for over 2 months now and to my knowledge it still is not fixed. Please NEVER bring your car to this dealer's service department for anything including and oil change. If you do remember when you regret it, you were warned.

He always goes above and beyond and truly cares about his customers. On Tuesday, he had me in a brand new Jeep Wrangler same day. He made the entire process pain free - on both the sales side and financing side - and I felt extremely comfortable and cared for. He is an all around great person who effortlessly shows his integrity and kindness. You feel like you are talking to a person, not a salesman. I can not recommend him enough!
