Customer service in the service department lacks
Customer service in the service department lacks communication and follow up communication to keep the customer informed on their vehicle status. For example, they never returned calls to let me know if my part was available, when it would be available or if it was already delivered. I had to call back 5 times over the course of 2 months to see if my part that was on back ordered would be available. Once it was available, I wouldn’t have know Unless I called.
