Horrible customer service!!!!
I’ve been a customer for 5 years. Total rip off. They (CHRIS) tries to up sell everything He is the rudest most undesirable person to deal with. All are miserable and they could care less about customer service. This is my last visit.

Got my dream SUV from the internet at Lansdale
I wanted a used 2018 fully loaded Grand Cherokee, and did a internet search over 500 miles. Landsdale had the model, interior, color and addons in a Jeep I was looking for priced on the internet. I talked to Doug, I was an out of state buyer, we made a deal, did the trade-in and I came away with an amazing Jeep Cherokee called the Summit Platinum. This is a very professional car dealer despite some of complaining one star reviews. Have been buying cars for 52 years. Thanks!

The WORST dealership!
had the WORST Experience that I’ve ever had with a dealership. I already had a check signed and ready to go to purchase the 2014 Jeep Sarah that was for sale. my salesman PAUL I. was already not willing to work with me on price since the vehicle was already “reduced” despite the vehicle having been in an accident, them not wanting to put an extended warranty (since the current one in place ends in November/December time frame) and the heat NOT working. I was still willing to pay the “offered” price with only 150 removed since the heat didn’t work. My salesman Paul who is also the manager (go figure) advised me that I could take it to my own personal mechanic to get it fixed, which I was fine with only thing I wanted to know was exactly what was wrong with the car as to why the heat wasn’t working and I had asked him if he could provide me with that information ( so that I could pass on to my mechanic) These people (both “managers”) took it upon themselves to fix it and try to add back on the 150 dollars. I have already been quoted 3 different prices Each of them trying to tack on stuff to make it higher, so I’m frustrated that more fees are TRYING to be added on. After I expressed to Paul how I felt like that wasn’t right especially since I was only asking for information he proceeded to tell me “ well if your not going to pay the extra $150 we will sell to someone else.... way to go on selling the customer experience. After I advised him that I wanted to speak with a different manager he tells me no other manager is available and I would have to wait until the day I was coming to pick up the car to speak with someone .... so I call up to the dealership (same day)and ask to speak with someone other than Paul and luckily the person who answered was another manager. I proceeded to tell him the back story and he starts off saying “yeah well that was my fault, I thought you wanted it fixed, and since it cost me 150 dollars I’m adding it back on to your price. I proceeded to tell him that, that is not what I wanted and how I don’t feel like I’m being respected as a customer and he proceeds to keep going on and on about how I have to pay this 150 since they went ahead and did something I didn’t even want done Eventually he interrupts me talking telling me To “STOP, STOP,STOP talking” and try’s to offer a deal of me splitting the price with him and paying $75 I proceeded to explain AGAIN how I don’t feel like I should be responsible for any of PERIOD. he then keeps telling me to stop talking AGAIN and tells me “well you can discuss this with Paul Whether or not you’re going to purchase the vehicle with the additional $75 added on. At this point I feel super disrespected as a customer and as a person I’m already excepting a $500 value for a trade-in I’m doing for a vehicle that is basically as is without them saying that it’s as is. And all I’m asking is that you not add on additional $150 or any extra other fees, so I advised him that I no longer felt comfortable doing the deal and that I wanted my deposit refunded. He try’s to tell me he will have Paul do it tomorrow and I advised him that he would have to do it today and he said that it was done and hung up. Customer service definitely needs to be revisited with the management team and salesmen because I was super and excited and willing to give thousands of dollars to a dealership that was treating me like trash. Which is not okay!
