Faulkner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I purchased a 2024 Jeep from this dealership, and it has been a nightmare ever since. I have never received my car title, and despite calling over 20 times since August, I have never gotten a call back. I’ve left multiple messages for Jack (the president), Shane and Gray (managers), and Nickolas (finance manager) — no one ever follows up. My car even started having mechanical problems, and when I called to ask for help, I was ignored again. It’s too far to drive there, but I’ve done everything I can to reach them. The receptionist even admitted she doesn’t understand why no one answers calls! It has been over 90 days, and they still haven’t turned in my paperwork to the bank. Their customer service is absolutely terrible once you’ve made the purchase — they’re only friendly when trying to make a sale. I’ve already reported this dealership to the proper authorities. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I am pleased with the overall experience I had with Faulkner purchasing my new 2026 Ram truck. My salesman Zach “Beans” Hebb was especially considerate of my needs and helped guide me toward the perfect truck. He was in contact with me every step of the way to be sure he was meeting my needs. Zach was patient with me and understand how important it was for me to get the right truck at the right price. I felt as though my needs and requests were met by the whole team involved with my purchase. I liked the selection and ease of finding the trucks out on the lot.

Terrible. I had a waiting appointment @ 9:30 and was told that I had to leave it because they were down to technicians. I had to wait about an hour until they got it in the shop. My truck is under warranty and they refused to replace the tail light under warranty because they said it was in a rear collision. I had my truck at Faulkner collision two weeks before this appointment. They inform me that the tail light was not damaged and it needs to be replaced under warranty, furthermore, the rear bumper damage happened months ago, and the tail light stopped working days before I took it to the collision center. I made the appointment to have it replaced at Faulkner Ram (same dealership that owned Faulkner collision) the service advisor argued with me, even after showing him the Faulkner collision estimate report. I ended up paying $1800 out of my own pocket to have this tail replaced. This is probably the worst car experience I’ve ever had. How can the same company tell me that the tail light needs replaced under warranty and then their service department says it’s not under warranty because the rear bumper was damaged in a collision. I had written proof that the tail light was not damaged when the bumper got dinged. I’ll be calling Chrysler to see if I can make this right. I am very dissatisfied. While I waited 2 1/2 hours for this. I talk to a young lady about even purchasing a new truck. Sh was working me up pricing and give me options. But honestly, after what I went through, I don’t know that I’ll ever buy another Ram again. If I do, it definitely will not be from Faulkner!
