Worst customer service!!! Can't fix a vehicle so try to sell you another one, fell for that once. Had an extended warranty on that and was told there is no refunds for unused portion. Bought 2 ND truck with extended bumper to bumper warranty, Have a very serious electrical issue where I lose lights on truck and trailer intermittently and they claim it's my trailers. I have 4 trailers, all do identical thing, they don't lose lights when being used on any other vehicles yet it's my trailer. Their technician even witnessed it happening. This is a very serious safety issue and I pray someone doesn't hit me when they go out and get hurt or worse. They refuse to do anything about. I need a good attorney because that's where it's going to end up. They are so smug and arrogant about all of it. Stay away.....far away from their dealerships.

For the 2nd time in 2 1/2 years this dealership has shafted me on warranty issues. 1st time they couldn't repair an issue so they talked me into trading into another truck. Took extended bumper to bumper warranty on both trucks, never got any type of refund from truck 1. This truck loses high beams, tail lights, brake lights as well as all trailer lights intermittently when towing a trailer. Same condition with 4 different trailers. Their tech even witnessed it and said, that's strange, I have no clue. Please tell that to the people who can't see me at night when the lights go out and they hit me. I hope and pray nobody gets hurt or worse. They are mow saying it's my trailer, 4 different trailers that have no issue when other people use them? I call xx! This is a serious safety issue they refuse to fix. Told me I am the defendant and must show it's their truck. Time for attorney involvement, let me know some good ones.

These are the most arrogant worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. Full of lies and deception. Refuse to return calls when having issues, told me I couldn't get a prorated reimbursement on an extended warranty they sold me. Stay as far away as possible.
