Worst customer service!!! Can't fix a vehicle so try to sell you another one, fell for that once. Had an extended warranty on that and was told there is no refunds for unused portion. Bought 2 ND truck with extended bumper to bumper warranty, Have a very serious electrical issue where I lose lights on truck and trailer intermittently and they claim it's my trailers. I have 4 trailers, all do identical thing, they don't lose lights when being used on any other vehicles yet it's my trailer. Their technician even witnessed it happening. This is a very serious safety issue and I pray someone doesn't hit me when they go out and get hurt or worse. They refuse to do anything about. I need a good attorney because that's where it's going to end up. They are so smug and arrogant about all of it. Stay away.....far away from their dealerships.

These are the most arrogant worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. Full of lies and deception. Refuse to return calls when having issues, told me I couldn't get a prorated reimbursement on an extended warranty they sold me. Stay as far away as possible.

Hunter my car salesman was good. Great communication back and forth. Was unable to come test drive the car i wanted until the weekend so we haggle out a deal and got all my paperwork ready for a coworker to finish for him since he was off that weekend and gets his commission. Hunter also said he would put the vehicle in the back so no one grabs it. They put fresh brakes on it for me, put new inspections on, detailed, etc. Get a call day before we were coming that they SOLD the vehicle we were about to finalize. Dummy me i should have mentioned putting a deposit down to hold the car. 1st time a car was ever sold from underneath me. Think maybe all the salesmen there should encourage deposits to hold cars 1-2 days. Dealership was nice. Just an annoying experience to go through.
