On June 30th, me and my dad walked in to look at a 2019 Dodge Charger. Rob Owens welcomes us both and took amazing care of us. I couldn’t be more appreciative the time and effort he put into helping look for a car. Would highly recommend this dealer, especially ask for Rob!!

Paying for services not rendered
Took car in for services on esp light. Issue was resolved but since it was there I instructed the service department to flush out the radiator and add coolant. A few days later the check engine light came on so I call to get an appointment for repairs but they were too busy and could not do it for a week. I called another garage in the area and they were able to take my car to be fixed. Upon completion of work, the garage called me to let me know it was complete. When I picked up the car there was a notation on the bill that the radiator was " very dirty". I asked him about it and explained that the radiator was recently flushed. I showed him the bill where I paid for the service, he pulled the radiator cap off and showed me the dirty water. It was not done. I went to this service Dept and they insisted they did the work and wouldn't even look at the radiator. Refused yo make it right. I won't be back!!!

New jeep
We worked with Cody Custer he showed us what we could/couldn't get. Ended up getting a brand new jeep renegade. He was so easy to wprk with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CODY at Laurel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
