BEWARE OF CHAPMAN FORD OF HORSHAM
Beware of Chapman Ford in Horsham. Recently took my vehicle in for inspection and oil change. Dealer suggested replacing the cabin air filter, which I had replaced on my own and within 30 seconds, but they determined the vehicle that has 15k miles needed a āsecondā brand new filter to be installed in less than 6 months. When I installed a few months back, the filter cost me $13. They felt $108 was a fair price for me to pay. I decided to ok to order to see how they would proceed and I guess they felt taking advantage of me seemed to be worth it. This vehicle sits in my driveway most days as my wife and myself work from home full time. Itās not the money, but the need to sell me a part I didnāt need that is just so wrong. Donāt fall victim as I did. Save yourself money and look elsewhere for service. They have lost a customer in me, and when both my Ford leases are up in 1 year, Chapman will be off my list to buy/lease or service my vehicles.

Pleasurable service experience
After going to the Jeep dealership close to my home in Langhorne and received a "not so customer friendly response" from the service writer there, I decided to try Chapman. My experience was phenomenal. Wendy Chelder was my service advisor and listened to my problem and within a hour I was back on the road. Problem solved. Thank you Chapman Jeep and thank you Wendy Chelser for making the stress of my problem dissappear. I will now be a Chapman customer and recommend Wendy for her professional and caring attitude.
