Bought my very first brand new truck. The sale went fine. Took it home in the evening. The next morning I notice a small scratch on the bed. Told the sales guy about it and he literally just said "well that sucks" as his response. After me asking one more time if they would take care of it they said they would try. I drove 140 miles on 2 seperate days back to their dealership. The first day they literally just put on touch up paint and sent me home. The next day I come back they buff it but its still very visible. I talked to their GM (who sounded like he just woke up from a nap and was very upset he had to deal with me). He then proceeded to go on about how there was no way they would have missed it, its not their fault, I should be happy they did what they did and in general tried to make me feel bad for trying to have them do a $100 scratch repair on a $30k truck. If they would have just fixed the scratch, compensated my gas for driving all the way back up there this would have been a 10/10 review. Instead they showed that they only care about the sale and once you sign the dotted line you're pretty much on your own. Oh and the GM tried to tell me (7 years auto tech experience) that Lot Damage wasn't a thing. They don't make mistakes or have any accidents at Shively, if anything goes wrong its all your fault and they will just do the bare minimum. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. I've gotten better customer service from Buy here Pay here's than I did at Shively Motors.

First I need to say that my Eco Diesel was a bust BUST but when I traded that in and got my 4th Dodge Ram 1500 gas engine this experience had to be the best one ever. Keith Morris worked out one heck of a deal!! Eric Del Rosario was one of the best salesman I have EVER dealt with (before, during AND after), and Jason Headley went above and beyond with my credit. He even stayed late. I've never had an issue with the dealership (even when dealing with the ecodiesel, but that's why they quit making them in 2017.
Keith didn't have to do all he did, but he really helped us out because of all the things we dealt with. Eric texted me and kept me in the loop no matter what was happening since he knew my work schedule was so crazy! And like I said before Jason stayed late to work out THE best possible deal for my family. I couldn't be happier with what all they did for us!

The Mrs and myself have been car shopping for quite some time now. A few days ago we went to Shively and immediately fell in love with the 2014 ford focus. Jackie Mellott was our sales consultant and we couldn't have asked for better service. She was able to answer any and all questions that we had throughout the process.
