We had a problem with our 2018 Jeep Cherokee and spoke to Hannah in the service department. She told us to bring the car in for a look since we were travelling from Canada. To our surprise we were met by Matt in the parking lot with code reader in hand. He took care of us immediately and we were on the road very quickly. Pleasant buying experience.
It was a very casual experience with no pressure. I actually had a few things in common with John and the finance guy( sorry I can't remember his name). Overall a pleasant transaction.
