I brought my vehicle to the Auto Ranch for repairs and regret that decision completely.
My vehicle has many more issues now than when it was brought in. The technicians are supposedly educated and certified but couldn't give me answers. The management acted so cowardly and unprofessional.
For being a small town, locally ran company who values themselves on customer service, respect and mom and pop shop morals, I am truly saddened and feel completely disrespected.

I contacted them regarding a new truck listed on Cars.com for a great price. They are showing a "dealer discount" of $12,500. I called them because I would buy the truck for the listed price and the salesman took all of my personal information, telling me he would get back to me with a personal quote. It seemed odd because I was ok with the original price. When he came back the price had risen $7,000 from the list price. I asked what happened to the original price and he said it was"an error," and to read the disclaimer on the website. It was a total bait and switch because they have two trucks listed on the website with the same "$12,500 dealer discount," and they have manually listed them on Cars.com for the same. I don't know how or why this is legal, but it's false advertising. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me on Cars.com and it is very disingenuous. I could never buy a vehicle from Ontario Auto Ranch after this experience and would warn others of their misleading practices.

Craig and Kyle were very helpful and worked hard to get us a good deal. We are very pleased with the treatment and service we received.
