I am a retired GM of a Multipoint dealership, and in my 45 years of selling cars and managing salespeople I have never come across a dealership that never replies to a question? I mean 4 different attempts by email, cars.com direct contact and 2 calls both times put on hold and nobody came back on the line. Hars to sell a car if nobody wants to sell a car.

Complete waste of time.
Complete waste of time. I asked multiple simple questions through their online chat and by email with Marissa, basic things about trade values and details about the car. They kept insisting they have a “Professional Appraiser” on-site, as if I’m bringing in some rare classic car. It made no sense. I’m also still waiting on the gift card their internet team promised. Overall, a complete joke.
