I wanted to leave a better review because I was very optimistic about the car dealership and the car I decided to go with. But now I am disappointed in that please I feel lied and disappointed in this car lot. I was hoping for a car I could take my daughters on a trip that my late husband would have like to go with us on but unfortunately, he was not able to achieve in this lifetime. So just for us to be able to take his ashes with us we decided to purchase a new used car with some of the money that we had left after paying for his funeral and things and go on a road trip. But didn't know the money would just go down the drain after three days and not be able to drive the car. Now they have had the car longer than I got to drive the car. The only positive is that they did offer to fix it for free and they didn't offer my trade in as a replace until my car comes back. Which was fine if it wasn't going to be forever to get the other car back. But time keeps ticking and no car and the old car that I traded in was already having problems and unreliable because like I said sometimes it doesn't work so it is not something I can rely on for a long length of time. So, I kept it for about a week because I was ants because it was not my car anymore and I know there was guarantee that the car would keep starting up so I could give it back to them. Hey, I can be without a car for a week it a simple sensor. But turns out it wasn't and now I been trying to call them for a loaner until my car is done but puff, they disappeared and will not call me back to either say yes or no. I also came to find out that the car is possible a recalled car so therefor why would a legit car sell it. Anyways as of right now I don't recommend this car lot for used cars and do your research. On a side note, I have been told to ask for a refund and go somewhere else because even though there was no warranty there is a law, and I should have been able to drive my car a lot longer than what I was able to.
