Montrose - A1 Customer Service~
Jake was great! The pre-approval and approval process was painless. He sent detailed videos of the vehicles that interested us. Then when Jake realized that we could not make it out to the dealer during business hours and may lose out on the vehicle of our choice, he offered to do everything by phone with the Finance Department and delivered the truck to our home. So kind, thoughtful, generous. The gentleman who delivered our truck, Brandon, was considerate, prompt, courteous. Will definitely be back to Montrose. Thanks Jake, Jerry, and Brandon!!

Pleasant experience, courteous employees and friendly staff. I had a small recall issue with the tailgate of my 2020 Ram. I was told over the phone to stop in and they could fit me in. My wait was only around an hour at which time I made some new friends. Overall I also had a chance to speak with Jason White my sales associate who is planning for my upcoming lease termination and new vehicle lease which will be my fourth!
