Josh was very polite and understanding.
Josh was very polite and understanding. He was excellent. I scored the dealership a four just due to the length of time having the car. My daughter used my car because she had to go to work but I was without a car for a week. I appreciate the job being done correctly but it was a bit of a hardship to not have a car for a week.
