Sliman's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Had the displeasure of having to have my Jeep serviced at their service department. First off was told to make an appointment which I did for the following Tuesday, on said Tuesday my vehicle was not looked at and called back the next day to be told that they got busy and would look at it by the end of the week. A week and a half later and it was the same story got busy and couldn’t look at it. After 2 and a half weeks without the vehicle it was finally looked at and was told that dirty oil was causing it to overheat and a part was needed for the transmission. Now I have an extended warranty on it which covered the transmission issue but not the oil change. Warranty company said that they would waive the deductible and I even told the service department that they should call the warranty company to get it squared away but they did not and I was still charged for the deductible. After picking it up I drove it at normal highway speeds and it began over heating again. Was told that they drove it and that it was fixed yet now it is still overheating, clearly dirty oil was not the issue.

Stay away from this dealer's service department! This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. Example, service done to my Grand Cherokee required an part that retails at any dealership from anywhere between $93 and $131. I checked several dealers. Slimans charged $160 for the part! I also had a leaking power steering hose up forward under the radiator. I was told the car needed a complete new steering rack replace for $2,857!!!! If they didn't want to repalce the hose they should have just told me.
