After looking for several weeks to find the right truck
After looking for several weeks to find the right truck (very strict criteria) they came up with the perfect truck and were above fair on my trade. Professional experience from salesman Cameron Weeks (very genuine guy) all the way to the general manager Terry Groff, who went above and beyond for the sell. Dusty Wilson finance manager, didn't try to oversell but did advise and inform of various options/products, made it quick and painless.

We bought our truck here about five years ago which was a
We bought our truck here about five years ago which was a good experience. Since then we have had two recalls on the truck and the dealership stated that the parts were not present every time we called to have it fixed. Now the truck is not drivable due to the recalls. They are stating it’ll be 2-3 weeks before it can even be looked at. And in the meantime NO RENTAL CAR IS PROVIDED. So we are without a primary vehicle in the home for 2 or 3 weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be using this dealership again ever. Beware the customer service is all fine and dandy to buy the car/truck but after that you can forget it. If you want a Dodge I suggest going to Kernersville or Greensboro. They give customer service through the life of the vehicle not just at the sale.
