To explain my recent experience I got in contact with the manager Damien Axe. I had an issue with my truck and it needed to be serviced.. I let him know my concern and how strongly I felt about the issue. Without hesitation he set me up for an appointment to bring it in the following day checking my vehicle throughly. I even heard of how everyone in the dealership were involved in getting the problem resolved. That speaks very highly of everyone that works at John Heister of Sanford. Thank all of you guys for getting involved to help in every way possible. I appreciate each and every one of you guys. If anybody is looking for a great place to find a vehicle, this is the place. Without hesitation I would always get a car/truck from them. Thanks again.
