First time visiting this dealership had appointment for oil change tire rotation and state inspection. Service was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed of what was being done. I will be using this service department again every one was very pleasant and professional.

The staff here is awesome! I can't say enough on how much they assisted me with my car's warranty. I bought my car in another state and the warranty they sold me was only good at that dealership. Ms Ruby worked relentlessly with the other dealership to find a solution. The communication from the service staff is top notch! You never have to wonder what the status is of your car. They always have you covered! I have visited plenty of dealerships in my life and this one ranks in the top two dealerships I have ever dealt with!

I asked for oil change and tire rotation and they only did the oil change. I also asked for tire install quote and they didn’t do that and didn’t acknowledge why it wasn’t done. Didn’t realize it wasn’t in the stack of paperwork until I left. Also my jeep was ready and no one told me though they knew I was waiting in th lobby. I waited over a hour unnecessarily. They called me to say it was ready bough they knew I was in the lobby waiting.
