Bad Service
Messed up my credit!!!! Unprofessional. I let Taylor the sales man know , I had my own lender which i had previously paid off a vehicle 2 years ago with . Told him multiple times. He returned after and said I was approved with 0$ down! I was excited and I figured it was from the lender, I said I had worked with previously. Drove my new Ford out the lot. 2 weeks later I get 5 letters from different lenders. Turns out he just wanted to make the sale!! and ran my credit until he got an approval. NEVER did he say my lender wasn't who I had told him. Took it upon himself to ruin my credit. I had to call them multiple times to address this issue because I didn't even know what lender had financed my vehicle, to this day they have no answers, to why Taylor and staff act like they made the sale and after that their answers are: " We don't know, " Its your word against ,Taylor's, " Ill have to call you back on that." Haven't heard from them yet.

Disappointed
Called 2 hrs. A head of time to look at jeep they were showing on Facebook, when I got to the dealership someone drove it to lunch when it got back it looked terrible. I could understand if we showed up out of the blue. What a waste of time to drive to Greenville.

Don't get the pirate package
Do your homework and do not be afraid to walk away before you walk in here. While the people I worked with were extremely friendly and nice they are there to make as much profit as possible. Doing research they didn't want to come off what was only a fair deal on online rating sites. Selling privately before accepting the trade in offer will bank you thousands and save you the frustration of watching them make it instead of you. Research the warranty and ask as many questions as possible about what it covers and more importantly doesn't cover. Or just don't buy it, there's a very high chance you won't use it to it's value. The process was easy and smooth and I love the vehicle I purchased, however there was a better deal left on the table. Do not get the Pirate Package.
