Worst experience ever !
Worst experience ever !! Troublemaker VAN lived up to his name - BEWARE. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Made sure that my car was not covered under warranty - spoke to the agent without my consent and against my wishes - would not let me switch service advisors. Best thing I did was leave! Please please please stay away from this shady dealership and Van Nocker - TROUBLE IS HIS NAME AND SHADY IS HIS GAME
