Do not have your vehicle serviced here! $39.20 is not a huge amount of money as compared to the full bill of $618.72 however when the cashier and manager fail to explain what the fees are for then we have a problem. I was told by the cashier that see didn’t see the $37.14 charge on the repair order, after pointing it out, she argued that I was not being charged the $37.14 and that was part of the discount I was receiving. The discount clearly states -$50.00. I understand $2.06 for an electronic document storage fee but still don’t have an answer on the $37.14 “customer pay ex for repair order” fee. The manager who then came and tried to explain the fee stated it was a cloud storage fee then in the next breath stated it was a shop disposal fee. Per her statement she’s been with Leith for 17 years and they have always charged these miscellaneous fees on all ROs. If that is the case she should know whether the fee is a disposal fee or cloud fee. Long story even longer, don’t lie to your customers when they question the bill, don’t make things up and just tell us that you have no idea when you clearly have no idea. As someone in the automotive industry I’m disappointed and disgusted, no wonder dealerships get a horrible reputation from the general public.
