Port Jervis Automall

I recently made an appointment with PJ Auto Mall to test drive a Ram 1500 pickup truck. When I arrived the vehicle had been sold two days prior to my appointment. The salesman that I met at the door said that he sold that vehicle. The on line sales person (Ami) apologized for the mistake. The salesman (Anthony) said that he had nothing to do with the error, but immediately offered another vehicle for me to test drive--bait and switch come to mind...I did test drive the vehicle, but after completing the test drive, I felt bitrade. The first impressions with this establishment were a very negative ones. I don't think I'll be returning.

Got a car from there i had the warranty on it so i was within my limit i needed a motor. Got the motor i decided to back to them for my oil changes since they helped me a lot. On the second oil change they told me i have a pin hole in my oil pan. And it is not covered its going to be 700.00 called my mechanic it's going to be 364.00 and that is also with a oil change. Then when my husband went there to talk to them and told them what my mechanic gave us as a price. He was told the mechanics make 200.00 a hr.And just to make it worse my husband was there for 2 hrs. I have seen the one manager one day at my job he told me if my car isn't in and out in 1 hour for an oil change it's free. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN
