To be completely honest I usually despise car
To be completely honest I usually despise car dealerships. The dishonesty, the shenanigans, and the pressure to make decisions that aren't right for you. My experience at West Herr Dodge Jeep Ram was the complete opposite of the usual dealership experience. From the first phone call with Cal, to looking over the car with Barry, and working with Adam in financing; everything was easy and low stress. There was no up selling for stupid things I didn't want or ask for. There was no ridiculous fees or pressure to purchase warranties after I said I wasn't interested. The Jeep I purchased is in great shape. There were a few minor problems including odd but passable wear on the tires. Barry had these issues taken care of quickly. They replaced the tires with brand new versions of the same BF Goodrich tires (not cheap!). Dealerships I've dealt with in the past have tried to get away with slapping on the cheapest tires they can find which is cheap and potentially unsafe for car and driver on a AWD/4WD vehicle. Overall, great dealership and great people. I highly recommend them.
