So let me start by saying that the only reason i went to west herr was because Steve Tasker is the spokesperson for them. With that said...i bought a brand new 2016 jeep wrangler from west herr in October of 2015 and with this jeep i bought a extended warranty. The warranty states that i bought an additional 75000 miles. Now the jeep has a problem and i was told that neither the extended warranty company nor west herr was going to cover the issue. I was told that the manufacturer warranty and the extended warranty run together. When i boight the warranty i was made to beleive that the extended warranty would not start til after the manufacturer warranty ended. That would mean that the jeep was covered til 111000 miles. We have 79000 miles on it and no one wants to cover it. If i would have known that we would have gotten screwed over like this i would have NEVER gone to west herr. I cant believe they would use the reputation of Steve Tasker to get people to buy from them just to screw the over. I will never buy anything from them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

I looked at the dealer website and saw a Yelp review recommending Larry. I sent an email to Larry with what features I wanted and a price point. We came to a deal that day. I was able to text pictures of my license, registration and insurance info. The next day I made the drive to the dealer, signed the paperwork and left in my new Pacifica. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend West Herr Chrysler!
