My vehicle was in the dealers hands for routine service
My vehicle was in the dealers hands for routine service on November 30th 2021 (my 45th birthday). And my vehicle was returned to me is worse condition than when I dropped it off. It depreciated with several computer lights. From transmission light on, to check oil enginer to then oil pressure too low. I could not wait for an appointment as the vehicle ceased so I had my vehicle dropped for repair which lasted 3 months with $5k in car rental fees and $7k for a vehicle that was in excellent condition before taking my car to Rockland Jeep. Very dissappointed in the level of car car at Rockland Jeep.
