I had the greatest experience going to see Jorge to buy a car. I didn’t have to do anything. He took care of everything. I didn’t have to even come into the dealership because he said you don’t wanna come in and see that guy in the back that’s OK so all is well that ends well.

I tried to give this zero stars, but they make you at least put one in. My husband I went to East Hills after we were scammed at another dealership. Apparently, this dealership is no different. At first, everything was great. Our sales associate, Stan, was great, and the transaction to lease our new vehicle (Jeep Wrangler 4XE) went smoothly. However, the next day, everything went downhill. The charger we were given was faulty. My husband went back and exchanged it no problem. 2 days following that, he heard a weird rumbling sound while he was driving. He took the car in and long story short, the car needs a new transmission (there were metal fragments floating around amongst other things). This was a BRAND NEW CAR. We had it for LESS THAN A WEEK before it went into the shop. They gave us a loaner (that wasn't available apparently, and then all the sudden, POOF, one was). We filed a complaint with Chrysler about the car as well. Bottom line, there is no reason for us to have to keep what was a brand new car and now with another new transmission (that will likely take 7-10 days to even get); we don't want a refurbished car. East Hills has adamantly refused to get us into a new car when we asked several times. They said the car has a warranty and they stand by the warranty. Yes, understood, but this was supposed to be a BRAND NEW CAR. We had it less than a week. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and we are beyond frustrated. Ultimately, this dealership leased us this car and should stand by their product. I told the owner, Oliver, that I would be taking this to social media and he HUNG UP ON ME. Horrible business practice. BUYER BEWARE...
