Maggie was great getting my minivan service, only issue
Maggie was great getting my minivan service, only issue was the sms & email notification system being used by Eastchester for its customers. I didn’t receive the email or the text until Maggie step in to get the issue resolved, went above and beyond to get my minivan serviced.

Maggie was really helpful while my car was getting
Maggie was really helpful while my car was getting service. My only issue is that whatever notification system you are using for your customers is garbage. Maggie explained to me that I should’ve got an text and an email but never received it when my car was done. This has happened multiple times in the past with different representatives, Rosemary had to send me a the notification multiple times until I got it. Please QC your notification system so customers are not waiting multiple days for their vehicles are done. Thanks again Maggie.
