Horrible Experience!!!

Horrible Experience!!!!! I brought my car in to be serviced and the mechanics broke my golf club in half and then tried to hide it in my trunk!!!! Not only that but they bent another club and there's blood all over my club head covers. This happened on top of the terrible experience I was already having trying to get my car fixed. It was my second time for the same electrical issue with the car. They had my car for 3 weeks so I have racked up a ton of money in Uber expenses and its and hour each way to the dealership which I've now had to make multiple trips to. All in all a terrible experience! They don't seem to know what they're doing. They don't return phone calls or call with updates on progress. You would think that after they didn't correctly fix the problem the first time they would be more thoughtful the second time around, which wasn't the case. The most outrageous piece was that they broke my golf club in half and then tried to hid it!

Great price for a 2019 Fusion Hybrid SEL. There was a $500 dealer fee, but I used a $ 500 coupon from the dealer website. Then, the price advertised is the price I paid. I requested new carpets, and the dealer get them for me. I noticed that it was a small blemish in the front, and they told me that they will fix it. They didn't. When I went to pick up the car I asked for a small amount of paint to fix the blemish, they told me they will send it to me. After 2 months, they did not. A pitty, because I bought a great car at a very good price. It was a great deal even with the little blemish. No need to say: "Don't worry, I will fix it"

We have bought a few cars at Fullerton and it was a good experience. Luckily our cars only get serviced there and always easy breezy. I definitely recommend.
