Worst customer experience ever! Started out we live two hours away, I called to make sure the car was available and set up an appointment. When we arrive the salesman said I’m so sorry but the car’s radio had a recall and we are waiting for a radio but you can test drive. The salesman who we worked with had a different story to why it had no radio. His story was the radio pulled power from the battery and was defective. Not a recall for freezing after a update as the first guy had told us. The first salesman also stated the part would be in that day or the next day. So we try it and come back to discuss the details of buying it. The salesman we dealt with (a different guy) when we came back from the test drive was ignorant and his demeanor showed he had no interest in selling us the car. We talked the normal stuff about trade in for my current car and was going to start the paperwork. I had asked if he could tell us when the radio would definitely be here by. He told me a week out but it was not a genuine. My husband and I talked it over to see if I could deal with a car with no radio for $31k. We do understand things do happen but the stories among co-workers just weren’t even close. I asked him if there was a loaner vehicle or what could he do for us. His response was I can fill up your gas tank when you come back... which if I were to take the car home it would have no radio, a huge hole in the dashboard, and then drive 2 hours each way he was not trying to help at all. We did want the vehicle besides the not so positive interaction with our salesman. We were trying to trade my car in and crunch numbers. We asked if he could tell us what my trade in value was. He came back and said I don’t want to insult you, what were you looking for? We told him a lower price area that was found on KKB and other places we had dealt with prior. We were offered more than this prior and he came back with 3-2k less range. He said well you can walk away and we can still be friends... xxx.. He didn’t even try to negotiate anything with us. We could tell he had no intention to ever sell us this vehicle. His demeanor and actions as if we were wasting his time was unwarranted. Just a little effort on his part would have sold the vehicle, but it seemed as if he wanted the vehicle for himself. At this point, we said no thanks and walked out. Good luck for anyone trying to by a car from here. Hope your salesman makes a little more effort.
I’m glad we weren’t coming to look at the Ram TRX on the showroom floor. My husband went to admire it seeing he owns a SRT Charger. As he approached a man was just laying back in the drivers seat listening to the radio. Everything about our experience here was the worse. If the ability of zero or negative stars was able. We would do that! I’ve never felt so insulated in my life with purchasing a vehicle.

Tried to lease a truck from them and did my homework before so I knew what a fare price would be. Was told the residual value on a ram is 50 percent which is absurd. Then told I would need 8k as a down payment which is also insane for a lease. They basically disregarded the "employee month" discount and acted like it didn't exist. I asked for the lowest price they were willing to offer me and they refused to give me a price. I got the feeling that the dealership is just looking for suckers to overpay for vehicles.
