⭐ Strongly Recommend Going Elsewhere I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Lucas Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Lumberton, NJ. I brought my 2023 Jeep Compass (under warranty) in for electrical issues. I was told the vehicle was unsafe to drive and that the repair would take 5–7 days. Since no loaner vehicles were available, I was advised to rent a car and seek reimbursement through Chrysler Jeep corporate. I later found out my vehicle was actually repaired the very next day, but I was never notified—no phone call, text, or email. Because of the lack of communication, I kept the rental longer than necessary and was not fully reimbursed. What made the experience worse was management’s response. When I raised my concerns, both the Service Manager and General Manager were dismissive and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. I’ve worked with many dealerships across different brands and have never experienced this level of poor communication or lack of customer care. I would strongly recommend finding a different dealership for service.
