Avoid like the plague
There's a good reason why their nickname among the locals is "kindle-swindle." I had the worst car buying experience in every way, and I was outright lied to about a part being replaced.

Horrible service at Kindle
Worst car service experience. Jeep service cost more $3,700 and took longer 7 days than promised. Then they delivered car with a drained battery after leaving something on over the weekend. Service manager wanted to keep the car an extra day to “get his ducks in a row”. No way. Questionable integrity and poor customer service.

Worst car service experience. Took longer and cost more than originally promised. Then they drained the battery over the weekend and delivered it barely starting. Spoke with the service manager and he “needed to get his ducks in a row” and wanted to keep the car overnight. Many doubts about customer service and integrity at Kindle.
