I brought my jeep in because of hard starts.
I brought my jeep in because of hard starts. This was the 3 or 4 time in this shop for this issue. The mechanics in this shop are only part changers not true mechanics. I have a lifetime warranty on this jeep and every time this jeep has been in this shop they tell me it's not covered by my warranty. In the past I have had to contact Dodge on my own to fine out that my issue was covered. The last time my vehicle was in this shop they had it for over 4 weeks. I would have to keep calling them to see what was going on with my vehicle Fernley Dodge would not contact me. Every time they diagnosed my vehicle they told me it would not be covered by my warranty. A couple days later they would tell me that another part was faulty and it was not covered by warranty. When I finally got the vehicle back home I noticed a small puddle of antifreeze coming from the radiator. I found that the mechanic had cracked the radiator. I call the service department and told them and sent pictures of the issue. They told me that they did not do this to my vehicle And would not cover the issue. Hopefully management will get this service department fixed.

At a recent pickup purchase, I experienced the worst
At a recent pickup purchase, I experienced the worst delivery service that I have ever had! I was handed the key and that was it! I Had previously purchased a Jeep from Dolan Fernley and had an excellent delivery service. I just could not believe the way the delivery was handled with the pickup delivery! What a difference then and now. I was so disappointed!!! I will hard to find a recommendation/referral....

YOU NEED TO READ THIS! I will start this review by saying I have bought many vehicles and have had issues here and there but this transaction takes the cake. I am from Reno and went to Fernley for a Jeep Gladiator I liked. I showed up with a trade it was appraised and I liked the deal. Everything was good then a manager comes out and said they can’t let me leave with the truck because it has a recall for the fuel pump. I heard of an issue with the manual gladiators clutches exploding and catching them on fire so I asked to make sure it wasn’t the clutch because I knew it would take I long time to get fixed. She said “ I guarantee it is the fuel pump” I was good with that and would have the car in a couple days. For a loaner they said pick any car on the lot. I asked for an suv. She comes back and said I have a super nice car for you! A Hyundai. I am not joking. I say okay. I get a call the next week saying they messed up and my new truck needs a clutch and there is no eta on parts. I ask if what would happen if it takes months? They get snotty and try to cancel the deal because I asked questions. Over a week later I get a call because it will only be another week before the parts are in. Sweet! But they need to take my sweet Hyundai loaner that was killing my back because someone needs to buy it. We will call you when we are on our way they said. No call and he shows up at my work when I’m in the middle of helping someone whose husband just died. I walk outside and get a filthy gladiator that you can’t see out of the window with a quarter tank. I get a call a week later and my truck is done thank god! They tell me they are so sorry but it’s Friday and would not be able to clean it so It would be Monday clean or Friday dirty. I wanted it to be done and over with so I said drop it off dirty. Once again I get a quarter tank. Nice touch! The next week I get a text. My trade paperwork was messed up and they put the wrong vin. They ask me to drive to Reno Dodge to sign the paperwork and they will top off my tank. Sweet. I finally get some gas! I confirm reno Dodge and they will fill my tank. Yes to Reno Dodge but no to the gas. Unless I drive to fernley 90 miles round trip to get gas! I ask them to send the paperwork to my house with a return envelope. Nope needs a notary. I am not done but I wish I never got the truck at this point. Good customer experience would be to offer something meaningful like oil changes for messing up so much. I am so annoyed at this point that I am going to copy any paste this review over and over and over. I put a reminder in my calendar so I don’t forget. Week after week after week. Social media, review sites, printed flyers, word of mouth. Maybe this will teach them a lesson. I’m not holding my breath.
