Used car salesmen have a reputation for being slime and this one is no different. We were unfortunate in our mistake of thinking buying local, small town was a good idea. Chuck knows he is the only dealer in Ely and will snake charm you into the deal of the day. Make sure you do your homework and do not make a hasty decision. Yes, he got me a nice, if overpriced car-that worked. After numerous problems over the first year, he tempted me with a brand new, never been used car-same model ( bigger price sticker). I should have known it was too good to be true. I also made the mistake of paying sticker price (which now I know you are never supposed to do). I feel he took advantage of me just to make his commission. Now I am stuck with an equally bad car as before-just a little newer-still same problems and his credit department refuses to work with me.
