Went to Carson dodge bought 3 vehicles had a problem with my challenger they too me out of the car and put me in a truck Jason was great the problem I had is that I was told my pymnt would be 663 and was told Chrysler picked up never heard back then I get pymt book from Nevada credit union 699 a month finance manager never told me who had contract if you tell somebody a price on pymnt the woman ehoi dealt with never gave me a answer also I asked if it had gap she told me will not go back for another car as long as she is there was not very friendly and was standoffish everyone else is great especially Jason. Why is your DEF so xxxx pricey. 26.00 for 2 1/2 gals. When its 2.50 for a gal other places. It's a rip off to get it at your service department.

Just got home from the dealership to have a new key fob made. Two days earlier the girl upfront told me that I had one in September and it may be under warranty. Before that I didn't even think their was a warranty for that part. I informed the service technician of what I was told when I returned for the service and left my truck. Returned later to pick up my truck and was told that I never had one replaced at the dealership. Basically called a liar! Went out to the truck and found the paperwork in the glovebox with service technician hovering over me like I was trying to pull a fast one. The fob was replaced earlier than the time I was told and had relayed to the technician. Then, and only then, was I informed by the technician that his computer didn't go back that far. May have mentioned that prior to the accusation! Lucky for the paperwork I kept, or they would still believe I was a thief and liar! Not use to my integrity being questioned.
