I bought a low mileage high end car from Maddox which was described to me as a very clean like new never damaged vehicle. They even gave me a credible reason why the car was traded in. Subsequent to the purchase I found out the car was in a major accident with airbags deployed and Maddox was aware of that. In my opinion I feel they committed outright fraud by failing to disclose the material facts about the car. Beware, these people will say anything to sell a car.

Unfortunately this is the .1% percent of the time where I don't agree, your allegations and comments are totally false. Upset Senior
Took my 2012 Grand Caravan in because the engine warning was on. I spoke to George in the service department who told me it needed a lot done and it would be $432 to repair. He never mentioned that the work he was planning to do had nothing to do with the engine warning light. I picked up my car on 5/3/19 and drove home. The engine warning light came on. I do not believe the problem was addressed and I did not ask hat ay other service be performed. Tried to talk to George but no luck. I could have had the tune up etc closer to home for a lot less money. I am really upset about your lack of values. I will never again refer visitors to Maddox

We spoke to Virginia and told her that the check engine light was on due to a number of issues, first step was that it needed a tune up with spark plug replacement, we called and gave her the total and she agreed to have it repaired. She picked up the vehicle and a week later the light came back on. I spoke to her and told her we would look at it again and see what the issue was, she declined to have us look at it. She then sent us this review so I called her personally and explained to her that we are here for the customer and will do anything in our power to help out. I told her we would look at it at no charge and give her a discount on the repairs, she has yet to call back and have us look at the vehicle. We always strive to provide excellent customer service and always there for the customer. We want all customers to feel like family!
