Went to buy a new pacifica. We did our research prior to shopping. We knew exactly what we wanted and what model we needed to get to get all our options. We arrived at the car lot, and immediately were talked down by the salesman, stating what we wanted didn't exist. It did, however, just not in their local inventory. Was talked to like an idiot, but no apology was given after a van was located with all the features we were looking for. The salesman was quick to shake hands and go to the next person walking in the lot, came in the next morning.. and he had no idea who were. No personable staff members who truly value the sale. Had to call several times to get the title status, (courthouse even confirmed they are one of the worse to turn in titles in a timely manner) and had to pay a late fee for the registration. Van has NUMEROUS electrical and safety issues. Issues not fixed when serviced. Have emailed the service tech, so I have written papertrail, have yet to hear back. Have left messages to have the manager/own call me, not a single response. SO, I guess.. we'll go this route and see if we get a response?

Ongoing awful expierence. Bought a car in 2017 with "no problems". Within 5 months it had a catastrophic transmission failure. This cost me over $2000 out of pocket to fix. A year later the exact same issue happened again, transmission blew up. Luckily it was under warranty from the first fix, but still a major hassle. Less than a year later, it blows up AGAIN. Same part, same problem. It was not under warranty this time, so I paid yet another $2000 to get it fixed. This is 3 transmission failures in 3 years costing me well over $4000 out of pocket. I've talked and talked with so many people at Ford and they all give me the same answer, "We are so sorry and we understand your frustration but there is nothing at all we can do to help you". Thanks a lot, Ford.

I was interested in a used pick up at the dealership and have known Ryan Gqrcia for a few years. Ifaller him to get some info about it, and we ended up setting an appointment to look at it. With help from Malcom, we settled on a price, and I had a very grey experience. So far my brother and my roommate have each bought a vehicle from Ryan and Performance. When the time comes I will be contacting Ryan about upgrading vehicles and am confident they can find me another great truck.
