Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings

I bought a car here in January. I took it in for the first oil change in July. Three days later it was un drivable. They kept it for a whole month and did not give me a loaner. I had to get a rental car at my own expense. When I got it back it was filthy, and out of gas and wiper fluid. I drove it less than 50 miles, and the same thing happened again. This time they told me "mice chewed it" and that was not covered by my warranty. Interesting they didn't come to this conclusion the first time they had it for a whole month, and also that nobody else who parks in my lot has "mice" chewing their vehicles. At this point I made a report to BBB, which they never responded to. I see they have a rating of D- on the BBB website. I demanded that they buy it back from me. They gave me $27,500 today 11/18 They listed it for sale for $31,605 on 11/4, two weeks before they actually paid me for it. Brian in sales said it is his car, and he can list it for whatever he wants. I complaint has been made to their corporate office.
