My husband and I called about a truck well over a month ago. The customer service was less than satisfactory and the salesman typically wanted to communicate through text, which is very frustrating. We were told the truck we wanted already had a deposit. Now we continually see this “on sale,” in our eyes obvious “bait” vehicle still online for sale well over a month later. It is easy to see this dealer is your typical gimmic business. They tried denying that this was their tactic of posting an “on sale” vehicle to draw customers in, but clearly that is their game. No dealer would survive letting customers keep deposits on vehicles for 6 weeks. If you want your time completely wasted, call Laura.

I am very disappointed in the customer service from your Laura Dodge Ram dealership. Their lack of professionalism and inability to call customers back is not what anyone should expect from a dealer that prides itself in being “one of the best.” Plus the fact through numerous repeated attempts, they do no take down advertisements for vehicles that when called on, are already sold! Please stop wasting people’s time. Even weeks later the mega cab I wanted to buy is still being advertised!!

Dealership was really nice sales men was very nice help me out I did not end up buying a car there it wasn't specifications and how was exactly looking for. If they had the car that I exactly wanted I would have bought a car there
