We are always welcome and treated like family. Our Service Writer Mike and Ricky along with the Service Manager Shelby always explain everything before, during ( if needed ) and after. Prices are very reasonable and the back everything they do.

Not quick service

I made an appointment 1 week in advance. I was prompt arriving. Left the car and went shopping for the hour I was told my oil change would take. I arrive back at dealership 1 hr later to be told they hadn't started on my car because they had an emergency tire change. I was fine with that, however, don't have customers make appointments if you are not going to honor your end. I was scheduled at 2pm. My car wasn't taken in for oil change until 3:15p. I have an hour drive home. You do the math. Yes, things happen but at least offer the inconvenienced customer a bottle of water, or 10% off or a coupon for future visit. I got nothing. Not even an apology. Not impressed with the customer service. The guys weren't rude, just indifferent to dealing with me.
