I had my truck towed to Ross Motors because my lift pump would not activate. I was told it was not the lift pump, that was fine. I was told the problem was a leaking fuel filter housing. The part was obsolete and has to be replaced with a Mopar part that costs $1,200.00. I was told there is no after market parts that the service manager was aware of. Labor was $300. A week later I was told the truck was ready for pick up. I paid over the phone because I could not get a ride until after normal work hours. I tried to start the truck that evening and got the same identical problem. The lift pump would not activate. After repeated tries I got it to start and drove it home. I researched the problems on the dodge forums and found the identical symptoms that called for a new ecm. The next morning I called and talked to the service manager Jimmie. He said it is very seldom an emc problem, it is most likely a sensor problem. Long story short I had to have it towed back to the delearship. 3-4 days later I came to pick it up and was told again it was not lift pump related I had iced up fuel lines. Drove the truck home. Next morning it would not start. I had to have it towed back to Ross Motors. Long story short they finally diagnosed the problem as the emc by hooking up an emc to the system that Jimmie had at home (think about that for a minute). I was told it would cost an additional $2300 to replace, or a wire could be installed to bypass the EMC. I opted for the wire. Ross Motors sent me a bill for the tow back to the dealership. When I questioned the charge Jason said he would take care of it and then we would call it quits

These people were very rude to me I had to call two different times just to find out if they still had the car I was interested in and after talking to 4 different people I was told that they wouldn't be able to sell me the car because they had two or three deals on it . I have a hard time understanding when I'm a cash buyer and have the money to buy why they wouldn't sell it to me . I would never recommend this dealership. I went to a different dealer and drove off with my new car in less than 30 minutes and they were nice and wanted to sell me a car and did

I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a new 2014 Ram 4x4 pickup. This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had and I have bought many new cars over the years. A no pressure very accommodating dealer. Got me just what I wanted and it was a very quick purchasing experience.
