Griffis Motors Service #1

Reviewed by Kristopher Lewis in Stonewall, MSFebruary 26, 2019

I had a problem in a neighboring town trying to get service and repairs done. When I called Griffis they told me they were busy too but would be glad to help me assess my problems. After driving to Philadelphia they got me right in, was very courteous and respectful and in the end got my vehicle in right away and made repairs. Dealing with Mr. John in the service department was a breath of fresh air after leaving the other dealership. Thanks a lot Griffis Motors, you just gained a new customer.

Best Vehicle Buying Experience I've Ever Had

Reviewed by Bethany in Philadelphia, MSOctober 03, 2016

I received the absolute best service from Carlous Langford and the staff of Hriffis motors. From the moment I pulled my old vehicle on the lot, knowing it wasn't going to hold up much longer, and even continuing. The sales man was not pushy. I went in with intent to buy and took my financial info with me. They allowed me to browse while they ran numbers and checked my old car. Then, told me exactly what vehicles would meet all the requirements that I'd told them I wanted. Also, that would fit into my budget. The first vehicle he showed was the vehicle I'd originally went to see. They gave me the keys and allowed me to take it and test drive as long as I wanted. By the time I got back they'd spoken with the owner. He agreed to pay off the remainder of my old car which was almost 5,000. Gave me incentives and filled it with gas. Gave me my first oil change free. Got me a low finance rate and worked with the price to get it where I needed it. Plus a 100,000 mile warranty.

Horrible customer service after a sell

Reviewed by Ashley in Philadelphia msMay 19, 2014

Griffis was great at selling, nice worked with our low credit but customer service is the worst. They don't want to fix anything and we bought two jeeps from them brand new. We are Unsatisfied with the jeep Cherokee and they refuse to make the situation right and I've taken my jeep in four times to get the brakes fixed and they have yet to do that. They like to sell the cars but do not like to do anything further. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend buying from them.
