I would never recommend this place to anybody. Sales managers are terrible and do everything at their own pace. Tony takes his job as a joke and is rude. I was in there for almost 4 hours and got nothing accomplished. It wasn’t because of me I had everything I needed. It was Tony, he isn’t meant to be a manager! He doesn’t think of customers and their time. As I walked past him a few times to see what was taking so long he was either on his phone, talking and laughing with somebody else or not even at his computer. As a customer I expect to be a priority and I wasn’t. I will never go here again!!

It’s extremely unprofessional of service techs to do work to a vehicle without first talking to customers about it. If you’re going to get your vehicle serviced here, be sure to stay on top of them before they do more than you asked for and charge you for it.

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from an out-of-state dealership in April 2022. In May, the transmission went out and had to be replaced, so I had it towed to Pine Belt CDJR because it is a "certified" company. Finally, the new transmission arrived and was installed after nearly four months. I received a call from the service advisor stating that (although) the transmission was installed, there was an issue! "When the mechanic started the installation, a rusted part of a bracket fell off, so that would need to be replaced, along with an entirely new catalytic converter". I can't speak of the mechanic's integrity or lack thereof but what I can say is I would never imply that this was caused by pure negligence because then the dealership would lose money, and this cannot happen. Judging from many of the reviews on this dealership, I'll leave it up to the public to make their own opinions on this one. Moving forward, the warranty company doesn't cover (emission) issues, so guess who has to come out of pocket $1000 for a new one? You guessed it. This dealership wasn't making enough money ($7100), so I had to pay. It's not about the money because I do ok being a retired Veteran, although I will have to skip a car loan payment this month to cover this unnecessary expense. I only bring up the Veteran status because there's no discount after spending $7100. So to all of my Veterans out there, beware! A few minor details that I did not disclose from the beginning... The communication at this place is beyond horrible at best. If your vehicle has been in repair for over three months, you shouldn't have to contact them for updates. It should be the other way around. I was told a long time ago if you have complaints, you must also have a solution... so here goes... in my humble opinion, the issues at this dealership start with leadership, and they need a complete change/overhaul. Corporate needs to arrive and start firing people on-the-spot from the top down. If this doesn't work, close the building. I'll save the responder some time here... You don't have to respond to this post. Every response on here has been from someone in a non-leadership position so no need.
