Found a car online to replace almost the identical car of ours that was totaled in a recent accident. Noticed Barnett had the car for sale at $33,000 but they raised the price recently from a little under $29,000. We told them we’d take it for $30,000 but they offered $31,000. As we were shipping it to New York I had contacted a auto shipping company to do the transfer. Chelsea sent over the purchase agreement right before they closed for the day and also did a FaceTime with my son and walked around the car. I was told we could leave a $2000k UNREFUNDABLE deposit that same evening which I declined. We were told we couldn’t finance the car unless we went to MN. With COVID-19 and our jobs that wasn’t possible. We were told only a wire transfer of all the funds including the title/transfer fee will be accepted. The next morning I spoke with Shelby and told him we decided to get our own financing and would overnight the bank check in full. We were told they only accept wired money. At that time I asked Shelby to email us the Autocheck which he did. I then proceeded to tell Shelby I was having a local mechanic In their area look at the vehicle that day. I then called back and spoke with Trevor to tell them when the mechanic would like to see the car and then miraculously I was told someone just walked in and bought the car and it was no longer available. After it sitting in their lot for almost 10 months? And Shelby just emailed us the Autocheck? The mechanic I spoke with in the area told me when I called him to check out the car said if I can find the car anywhere else I should do that instead since Barnett was very dishonest and sells cars with mechanical issues as he knows from previous customers. Stay away! Obviously as soon as I told them I was having a mechanic go over the entire car they panicked. Obviously we dodged a bullet!

Stay away from here the Service people are very dishonest. I was told on 2 different occasions that the part would be around $1200 and the labor would be about 300 something. I go and pick up the truck and the part was $1900 and labor was $450. The service guy just says I never said that part was $1200, but he told us twice that it was and my 20 year old son was with both times. This is my son's first dodge and this happening with a dodge dealership it really doesn't make want to run out at buy one. If getting any repairs done here make sure you get everything in writing before they work on it. The service manager was no help at all and I hope they are happy ripping off a 20 year-old first time dodge owner.

My mom and I both bought Kia Souls this last week..David, Shawn & Justin were great to work with:) Shawn went thru everything on car before we left the lot .Evan set up our blue tooth. Fuel tanks full of gas! Have bought many new cars in past years at other dealerships...They send you off with 1/4 tank.. Mr. Barnett evan came over to thank us for purchasing our new vehicles..So overall a great experience.. p.s. if you get a chance , check out Justins socks...:)
