The worst customer experience I have ever received from a service standpoint. The technician and manager, Dan both yelled at me on different occasions. They both accused me of creating the challenges with my junk Wagoneer. I am not upset with the problems my Jeep has, but I am incredibly disappointed with the gas lighting and manipulation the service department has enlightened me with during each visit. Additionally they dug through my personal effects, the last time my vehicle was in the shop. I knew this because they placed a Jiffy Lube sticker that I had removed from my windshield and put with my personal effects back into the windshield as a nice "F you"
